The Hinsdale Central High School Class of 2011 including my own daughter, Cailey, graduates tonight. The outdoor commencement ceremony begins at 7 p.m. at Dickinson Field. Congratuations to all of the Hinsdale Central seniors and also a special notice to Peter Kallis (Valedictorian), Angela Montoya (Salutatorian), Rohit Agrawal and Angelica Lasala who are scheduled to speak at the ceremony. Seniors receiving scholarships and other special awards were also honored at a ceremony last week at the high school.

The Chicago Bears will be providing opportunities for children to learn and play football at the Chicago Bears Youth Football Camp—their official youth camp program-for the first time in Hinsdale. Madison Elementary School, 610 S. Madison St., Hinsdale IL will host the camp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 18-22. These week-long, day camps provide non-contact football instruction to youngsters from 6 to 14 years old. The camp will be directed by professional coaches with supplemental instruction from Chicago Bears Camp heroes such as Robin Earl, Kris Haines, Al Harris and Keith Van Horne.
